Terms of Service

These Terms govern your purchase and use of the Kipzip learning materials ("Service") provided by Kipzip (sole proprietor).

1. What you buy

You buy a subscription to the Service. The plan you select has an intro period (7, 28 or 84 days) at the intro price shown at checkout. When the intro period ends, the subscription renews automatically at the regular price and interval shown at checkout (every 4 or every 12 weeks) until you cancel. The exact amounts and the first renewal date are shown on the payment screen, in the confirmation email and in your account.

2. Payment and cancellation

Payments are processed by our payment partner, Creem, which acts as the merchant of record. The charge on your bank statement appears as CREEM.IO* KIPZIP. All prices are in US dollars.

You can cancel the renewal at any time in your account (Account → Cancel renewal), in one step and without contacting us. After cancellation you keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for; no further charges are made.

3. Access and delivery

Access starts immediately after payment: your course opens in the browser you paid in, and a sign-in link is sent to the email you provided. Access is personal and may not be shared or resold. Content is delivered digitally; by starting the course right away you agree that delivery begins before the end of any statutory withdrawal period.

4. Refunds

See our Refund Policy. In short: full refund of your most recent payment within 14 days of that payment, no questions asked.

5. No guarantees of outcome

The Service provides educational content. We do not guarantee employment, income or any specific result.
