Kipzip (sole proprietor) ("we") operates Kipzip.

What we collect

• Your quiz answers, to personalise your plan.
• Your email address, to sign you in, deliver your course and send the purchase confirmation.
• Your progress in the course and the text you choose to save at the end of a lesson (prompts and results), so you can come back to them.
• Technical data: IP-derived country, browser type, pages viewed, and advertising identifiers from the link you arrived through (for example, UTM parameters and click ids), to measure which ads work.
• Payment status from our payment partner. We never see or store your card number.

How we use it

To deliver what you bought, to send the purchase confirmation, to measure and improve the funnel, and to report conversions to the advertising platform that showed you our ad (Meta). Email addresses sent to advertising platforms are hashed.

Sharing

With our payment partner (to process payment), our email provider (to send your confirmation), our hosting provider, and Meta (hashed conversion data). We do not sell personal data.

Retention

Quiz and analytics data: up to 24 months. Course progress and saved text: for as long as your account exists, and up to 12 months after your access ends. Order records: as long as required by accounting law.
