Refund Policy

14-day money-back guarantee. If you are not happy with Kipzip for any reason, email support@example.com within 14 days of a payment and we will refund that payment in full. No forms, no questions. This applies to the intro payment and to each renewal.

Refunds are returned to the original payment method by our payment partner and usually appear within 5–10 business days depending on your bank. A refund ends your access.

Cancelling is separate from refunding. To stop future charges, cancel the renewal in your account (Account → Cancel renewal). You keep access until the end of the paid period. Cancelling does not refund a payment already made; email us within 14 days of it if you want a refund.
